Semantic Fitting for Parallel Textual Structures (Vietnamese - English Corpus)
This paper is aimed to introduce character features of semantic fitting for parallel textual structures in building the Vietnamese - English Corpus. Despite well-known history of the corpora, it turned out that the task of generating Vietnamese corpus posed non-trivial problems in the fields of the applied linguistics and informatic technology in Vietnam. We therefore had made some new theoretical notes in researching Vietnamese corpus.
