The Investigation Results of the Texts of Business Letters
This article is dedicated to the problem of research of the texts. We present our model of a business letter and the classification of the texts, the description of the basic components of the model, methods of their realization and interaction. The investigation results give the opportunity to compare individual classes of business letters and their characteristics.Back
